Job summary

A leading therapy provider is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for mobile outpatient therapy in New Jersey. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience.
• Degree from outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel.
• Adhere to treatment schedule and clinical documentation.
• Consult with rehabilitation team for patient care.
• Screen and evaluate patients to establish diagnosis.
• Incorporate health and wellness programming into treatment.
