Job summary

PhysioLogix Physical Therapy is seeking a Mobile Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver orthopedic and geriatric care in patients’ homes. You will work independently with a lead PT handling evaluations and the care plan, while you execute sessions and help patients reach their highest potential.

Earn from $50.00 per hour with a flexible, set-your-own schedule and the chance to work on the road providing high-quality, one-on-one rehab.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with experience in orthopedics and geriatrics (Medicare experience preferred).
• Confidence in treating patients independently while following a plan of care.
• Ability to motivate and push patients to achieve their highest potential.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient physical therapy under the plan of care.
• Assess, implement, and progress treatment plans for mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising PT.
• Maintain timely communication and reliable, professional patient care.
