Job summary

Luna is recruiting licensed physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across the Lunaverse. You set your own schedule and Luna matches you with nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive, with flexible hours and per-visit pay.

Use the Luna app to document visits quickly and securely, receive direct deposits, and expand your patient care with tele- or in-person follow-ups. Active CPR/BLS and liability insurance required.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
