Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' strength, mobility, and range of motion
• Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Previous experience in home healthcare or mobile practice is a plus
