Job summary

Highland Management Group is seeking a Roving Property Manager to cover Highland Management Group sites as needed and manage day-to-day rental office operations as acting Manager. When there is no site coverage needed you will support the Regional Managers and Administrative Support Team on corporate office projects.

This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Leadership and reliability in a multi-property setting.
• Attention to detail in tenancy records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Learn local, state, and federal tenant/landlord laws and Fair Housing requirements.
• Market and lease apartments to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects and residents with professional courtesy.
• Maintain communications with residents, guests, and partners.
• Process rental applications and use screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident files neatly.
• Keep daily and weekly reports up to date.
