Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish project management standards and oversee PM/BA staff.
• Lead roadmap development and coordinate multi-initiative deployment.
• Monitor project status, adjust resources and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage department staff.
• Maintain updated project documentation and governance.
