Job summary

Talener is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Investment Platform to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing web and mobile experiences within a growing fintech environment, balancing user needs with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable investment platform experiences, drive adoption with data-driven decisions, and apply AI tools to improve research, requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience within fintech, brokerage, trading, wealth management, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven experience owning customer-facing web and mobile products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Strong ability to define product strategy, gather business requirements, and translate complex workflows into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, backlogs, and cross-functional product delivery efforts.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
• Experience working across business, technology, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Proficiency utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve product research, requirements gathering, analysis, workflow automation, and overall product development efficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Our client is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Investment Platform to help drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing web and mobile products within a growing financial technology environment. This individual will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant investment platform experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience within fintech or financial services, a proven track record launching digital products, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to improve product development and user experiences. Experience with mobile products and React Native environments is highly desirable.

Compensation: $165,000 - $195,000 Base Salary

Location: Flushing, Queens, NY (Onsite, 5 Days Per Week)

• Familiarity with React Native environments and the mobile application development lifecycle.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Comfortable working with product metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
