Job summary

Our client, an AI-native wealth management firm, is hiring its first Product Manager to own the advisor platform and client-facing experience end to end. You’ll shape product from the ground up, directly with the founder and engineering team in NYC.

Take end-to-end ownership of two products: a professional platform for financial advisors and a consumer-facing experience for clients. You’ll ship AI features that remove repetitive work and deliver proactive advice in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience with measurable results.
• End-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2C context.
• Experience in fintech, investing, banking or wealth management is preferred.

Their platform keeps a continuously updated picture of each client, so advisors can anticipate needs and respond to life changes as they happen. Having acquired advisory firms with more than $1B in client assets, they serve real advisors and clients from day one. They're now hiring their first Product Manager to own the advisor platform and the client-facing experience end to end.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a product function from the ground up, working directly with the founder and engineering team at the intersection of AI and finance.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of product management experience, with a strong record of delivering customer-facing products that drove clear, measurable results
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product area at a B2C startup, covering discovery, scoping, launch and continuous iteration
• Experience at a high-growth, well-regarded startup or technology company
• At least one AI-powered feature you've shipped yourself, and AI tools built into your daily product workflow
• A clear preference for a hands-on individual contributor role, with the confidence to work closely with engineering
• Product experience in fintech, investing, banking or wealth management is highly preferred
• Experience as an early-stage or founding PM building products from 0 to 1 is a strong plus
• Experience with complex system migrations or cloud-native architecture is a plus
