Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes or community pools across the US. You set your schedule and earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson, with payment within 24 hours of each session.

We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy. Must have 2+ years of teaching, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Travel locally and build personalized lesson plans while ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
