InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You control client selection and earn competitive pay in the privacy of clients' spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess students’ skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
