InstaSwim is expanding its team of private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedules and select clients, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel locally, design personalized lesson plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, results-driven instruction. Competitive pay is offered for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
