Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Travel locally and receive client matches based on your area and availability.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, with InstaSwim adding you to its liability policy. You can begin teaching within 24-48 hours after onboarding and interview, with industry-leading pay for your passion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Clear a background check.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
