Job summary

Ennoble Care in Lampasas, TX is seeking a Full-time Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to home-based patients. You will work under a physician, manage chronic conditions, and participate in compassionate, patient-centered care across Western Temple area.

Requirements include board certification in Texas as NP or PA, 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatrics, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Texas license.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to home-based patients in the Lampasas area.
• Perform physical exams, update histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Prescribe medications and order medically necessary tests.
