Job summary

Mobile Medical is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care across West Orange County and Windermere, FL. This role offers autonomy with flexible scheduling and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited NP program.
• National Board Certification: FNP/AGNP/ANP.
• Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and home health teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
