The Mobile Power Account Manager position at Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division offers an annual salary range of $121,124.97 to $150,000, plus eligibility for a variable incentive program. Salary figures are guidelines and depend on skills, experience, and market factors.

What You’ll Do

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Establish sales strategies and manage accounts for OEM customers requiring mobile power products. Responsibilities include business development, revenue growth, customer relations, and account management. Serve as the primary liaison between Eaton, Bezares, and customers, managing relationships, understanding engineering needs, and developing technical solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for Mobile Power products, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer specifications and develop technical solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships across organizational levels.
  • Participate in OEM events and represent Eaton.
  • Gather industry intelligence and drive contract administration and pricing strategies.
  • Support new product launches and customer scorecard activities.
  • This role can be supported remotely within the USA, with approximately 50% travel within the US and Canada.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in mobile power or fluid power industry.
  • 3+ years in CV account management or aftermarket sales.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA and current residence in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Truck Products and the Transportation Industry.
