Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation of plumbing and related systems across facilities. The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services group with preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate possesses a Journeyman plumbing certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs+).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures from blueprints and specs.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good condition.
• Assist staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to staff for light plumbing maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance and building systems duties.
• Respond to emergencies and summon help as needed.
• Follow all HSE policies and complete required programs.
• Report conditions that could cause accidents or injuries.
