Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain, repair, test, and install plumbing and distribution systems across facilities. The role supports preventive maintenance and emergency responses within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

The incumbent will perform code-compliant installations, test water and medical gas systems, and train staff in light plumbing tasks. A Journeyman plumbing certificate and valid driver's license are required; medical gas and backflow

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical gas certification preferred.
• Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in a supervisory/shift-management role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas supply and distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints, drawings, specs and codes.
• Maintain waste and vent lines with standard plumbing tools.
• Assist contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Perform plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training for light plumbing maintenance and repair.
