Job summary

You will implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and educate families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Current PTA licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapy as directed by a physical therapist.
• Assesses changes in condition and reports them.
• Records vital signs and treatment responses.
• Performs treatments and assists gait training.
• Operates equipment safely and teaches home exercise programs.
• Documents care in patient records per policy.
• Coordinates with care team to adjust level of care.
• Reports to PT and RN as needed.
