Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services for the older adult population.
• Evaluate and treat in the patient's most functional environment.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation for all patients treated.
