Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan under supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with staff regarding patient progress and plans.
• Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and provide billing.
• Instruct families in maintenance programs under supervision.
