Job summary

Your Aging Therapist, LLC is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to help older adults improve mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life. This role requires current Georgia PT/PTA licensure (dual licensure with South Carolina preferred), CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to patients’ homes or work in clinic and mobile settings.

You will document care and collaborate with a therapy team to tailor interventions for balance

Qualifications

• Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing
• Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred, or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure
• Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance
• Willingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settings
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes and community locations as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
• Timely and accurate completion of patient documentation
• Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditions
• Ability to safely assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobility
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities
