Job summary

Your Aging Therapist, LLC is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to help adults improve mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life. Roles involve clinic and mobile/home-based care, travel to patient homes, and collaboration with the therapy team.

Requirements include an active Georgia PT/PTA license, CPR/BLS, and willingness to obtain SC licensure. New graduates are welcome to apply and experience in geriatric rehab is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing.
• Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred, or willingness to obtain SC licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in clinic and mobile/home-based settings.
• Assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobility.
• Complete patient documentation timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with the therapy team while working independently.
• Travel to patients’ homes and community locations as needed.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping adults improve their mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Current Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing
• Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred, or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure
• Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance
• Willingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settings
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes and community locations as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
• Timely and accurate completion of patient documentation
• Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditions
• Ability to safely assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobility
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Preferred

• Georgia and South Carolina licensure
• Experience with geriatric or adult rehabilitation
• Experience with home-based/mobile therapy
• Experience with fall prevention, balance, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
