Competenze

• Must hold WA State Physical Therapy license.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with caregivers and team.
