BrightStar Care Maple Grove & Andover is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team delivering one-on-one care in patients' homes within the North Metro area.

The PT will assess and evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and perform visits per the treatment plan, with a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Minnesota license, CPR, and driving to client homes required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Physical Therapist.
• Current PT license for Minnesota.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
