Do you value spending one-on-one time with your patient? Having the freedom to set and manage your own schedule? (most of our PTs see 4-6 patients per day and work 4-5 days per week!) What you’ll do:

• Provide PT services to patients within their home/community environment
• Deliver proactive and evidence-based interventions based on your clinical judgement
• Have direct access to clinical success managers who will mentor you every step of the way

Job Types:

• Full time position available for:
• North County (Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway)

What you’ll get:

• Competitive compensation plan: A strong base salary in addition to an uncapped bonus structure that rewards you for exemplary performance
• W-2 Position: Not only does this give you stability it significantly reduces the risk and headache of 1099 contract work.
• Schedule flexibility: You have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Your patients are scheduled based on your time and route preferences. As long as you maintain a patient visit average, your scheduling preferences are up to you. You can make work-life balance a reality!
• Additional Income Opportunities: On top of a competitive baseline salary, you'll receive a $450/month gas stipend, opportunity for quarterly bonus reaching up to $10,000/quarter, and competitive 401k matching (5% employee contribution leads to 4% matching).

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
• Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
• Willingness to work with a geriatric population
• COVID-19 Vaccinated
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or home health is a plus
