• Manageable Caseload: Our physical therapists see an average of 4-6 patients per day and work 4-5 days per week, allowing for meaningful patient interaction without the stress of high volume.

What you’ll do:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services in patients' homes or community environments.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Receive mentorship and support from our Clinical Success Managers who are invested in your growth while offering you autonomy in your practice.

Additional Income Opportunities: On top of your base salary, you’ll receive a $450/month gas stipend, a competitive 401(k) matching program, and the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses of up to $10,000 annually. Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
• Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
• Willingness to work with a geriatric population
• COVID-19 Vaccinated
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or home health is a plus

Salary range listed below is the range Physio2Go in good faith believes is the range possible for compensation for this role at the time of this listing and intends to reflect the potential total income opportunity including gas reimbursement and potential bonuses such aforementioned quarterly bonus structure.
