Do you value spending one-on-one time with your patient? Having the freedom to set and manage your own schedule? (most of our PTs see 4-6 patients per day and work 4-5 days per week!)

What you’ll do:

1. Provide PT services to patients within their home/community environment
2. Deliver proactive and evidence-based interventions based on your clinical judgement
3. Have direct access to clinical success managers who will mentor you every step of the way

Job Types:

Full time position available for:

South County (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, Otay Ranch, Bonita, Coronado)

What you’ll get:

Competitive compensation plan: A strong base salary in addition to an uncapped bonus structure that rewards you for exemplary performance.

W-2 Position: Not only does this give you stability, it significantly reduces the risk and headache of 1099 contract work.

Schedule flexibility: You have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Your patients are scheduled based on your time and route preferences. As long as you maintain a patient visit average, your scheduling preferences are up to you. You can make work-life balance a reality!

Additional Income Opportunities: On top of a competitive baseline salary, you'll receive a $450/month gas stipend, opportunity for quarterly bonus reaching up to $10,000/quarter, and competitive 401k matching (5% employee contribution leads to 4% matching).

Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an accredited United States physical therapy program
2. Active and unrestricted California physical therapy licensure
3. Willingness to work with a geriatric population
4. COVID-19 Vaccinated
5. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or home health is a plus
