Qualifications

• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience preferred; mobile or off-site collection experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Flexible availability to meet territory or staffing needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Commitment to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Comfortable using technology for order verification, data entry, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various collection sites, including offices, clinics, and patient homes, to collect specimens.
• Perform high-quality phlebotomy services with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and confirm labeling in the patient’s presence.
• Review orders and enter data accurately in laboratory systems.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing) and ensure integrity during transport.
• Manage inventory, stock supplies, and maintain logs and statistics.
• Stay current with policies, safety standards, and phlebotomy skills; report concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and internal teams; participate in projects as required.
