Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to travel to client facilities in California, performing blood draws and handling specimens per policy. You will identify patients, label samples, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with dispatch and lab teams.

Requirements include CPT/Phleb Certification Level 1, state licensure if required, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPT/Phleb Certification at Level 1 where required by state.
• Be licensed or eligible for state phlebotomy licensure.
• Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Drive to client facilities using personal vehicle or accommodations as arranged.
• Follow phlebotomy procedures to obtain blood samples from patients.
• Identify patients accurately prior to drawing blood.
• Label specimens correctly and ensure requisitions accompany samples.
• Maintain PHI and transport compliance per policy.
• Plan draw schedule with patient priorities and complete logs accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch, payroll, lab and courier teams.
• Keep equipment in working order and report issues promptly.
• Be responsive to company-issued devices and available for assignments.
