Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience or more preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures.
• Verify patient identity and complete documentation.
• Ensure specimens are labeled, stored, and transported per protocol.
