eHealthScreenings seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist for Akron, OH to perform on-site health screenings at local companies. This PRN role offers flexibility in scheduling and competitive pay, with travel to client sites in the area.

The ideal candidate has venipuncture or fingerstick experience, strong communication skills, and are tech-savvy. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; morning availability is preferred for event-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• National phlebotomy certification or equivalent program with externship completed.
• 100 fingersticks in last year or 200 venipunctures in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV, CA, WA, or LA.

Responsibilities

• Travel to local companies to perform health screenings for employees.
• Perform venipuncture and fingerstick sample collection.
• Utilize manual blood pressure cuff and assess vitals.
• Provide friendly, bilingual service when needed.

We are currently seeking Health Screeners to join our team in Akron, OH.

About the role

These positions are as-needed opportunities and offer flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. We send you out to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for the employees of the companies.

What would make you successful in this role

Strong customer service skills, previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience, ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff, tech savvy and excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR one of the following:
• Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands-on externship completed
• Over 100 successful fingersticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months
• For candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA WA, and LA (you must have an active state specific Phlebotomy certification)

Availability

Must have morning availability (Monday-Friday) for event-based employment
