Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens per CLSI guidelines.
• Demonstrates competency in patient identification, specimen collection, labeling, accessioning, and processing.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and works effectively in a team environment.
• Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure safe patient care.
• Follows safety protocols and uses Geisinger systems and tools.
