Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• No phlebotomy experience required due to on-the-job training.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor registration, vitals, screening, phlebotomy, and record-keeping duties.
• Ensure blood products are collected per FDA standards and SOPs.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork.
• Monitor donor reactions and educate donors on donation basics.
• Maintain donor comfort and safety throughout the donation process.
• All other duties as assigned.
