Qualifications

• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of successfully managing multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Donor interviews to determine donor eligibility.
• Initiate blood collection and monitor donor progress.
• Prepare interview materials and ensure equipment is ready and operational.
• Represent BBD's customer service values.
• 6-8 weeks of paid training with classroom sessions at the Christiana Donor Center/HQ in Newark, DE.
