Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a licensed phlebotomist to bring high-quality care directly to patients in their homes in the Richmond area. You’ll perform blood draws, vitals, and wellness support on the road, using Sprinter’s technology to document visits.

The role emphasizes independence, strong patient communication, and reliability, with guaranteed daily hours and company-paid healthcare premiums. A valid license, BLS, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
• Experience as Phlebotomist, MA, LPN, or LVN in home health preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to reach first patient on time.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.
• Ability to meet state-specific certification or licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes to provide scheduled services.
• Perform blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and wellness support.
• Document each visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule between patients.
