You will provide compassionate patient care and bring quality laboratory services directly to patients who need them. The role emphasizes venipuncture expertise, accurate labeling and transport, and clear communication with the lab team.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Columbia, MO
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Verify patient identification and ensure proper labeling, integrity, and transport of specimens
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory staff
