American Health Associates is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve Dayton, visiting patient homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities with professional blood collection.

You will perform venipuncture and proper labeling, ensure specimen integrity, and document interactions, while delivering compassionate patient care. Flexible schedules and independent work environment support strong patient service in a nationwide long-term-care lab.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred with at least one year of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Dayton, Ohio.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff.
