Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required and blood collection procedures performed safely.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience; mobile experience preferred.
• Certification from AMT/ASCP/NCCT or equivalent recognized body.
• Excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home or office to collect samples.
• Transport samples to laboratories with high accuracy.
• Maintain communication with operations and patient experience teams.
• Work independently or in a team within a fast-growing startup.
