Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Memphis, TN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient ID and ensure proper labeling, integrity and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory staff.
