Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and minimum age 21.
• Clean criminal history; background checks may be required for direct patient care.
• Home Draw: 3+ years of phlebotomy experience; additional credentialing may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Must be passionate about SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Nashville, TN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection methods.
• Verify patient identification and ensure correct specimen labeling and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory staff.
