Southcoast Health is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our Mobile Team. This role offers mobile draws across southeastern Massachusetts and parts of Rhode Island, with morning shifts and a generous sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

You’ll work under supervision within our not-for-profit health system known for community-focused care. Benefits include a strong earned time off program and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent to completion of a college-based, nationally accredited phlebotomy program.
• ASCP BOC certification required within two years from date of hire.
• Three years of experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Obtain correct specimens and volumes according to procedures.
• Label specimens accurately and timely.
• Process and deliver specimens to correct laboratory departments.
• Enter patient information into LIS or logs.
• Generate accurate reports in a timely fashion.
• Perform phlebotomy on inpatient, outreach clients, home draws, nursing homes, and outreach locations.
• Maintain equipment and instrumentation.
