Job summary

Sanguine Biosciences is seeking an hourly Phlebotomist to perform mobile visits and in-home specimen collections. You will collect blood, vitals, and biospecimen data while ensuring safety, privacy, and protocol adherence.

Must have 2+ years phlebotomy experience, CPT/PTC licensure, and be comfortable traveling within a 150-mile radius. This role requires PPE use and exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Active CPT/PTC or state-appropriate licensure.
• Proof of current testing/vaccinations per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile phlebotomy and sample collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, transport, and shipping of biospecimens.
• Collect patient history and vital signs during visits.
• Maintain on-site inventory and equipment.
