Job summary

Solaris Diagnostics in Cincinnati, OH seeks a reliable Mobile Phlebotomist able to perform challenging blood draws in a fast-paced mobile setting, including very early start times.

You will travel daily to nursing facilities, collect specimens, and maintain accurate documentation while following safety and HIPAA protocols.

Open availability, on-call rotation, weekends, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle are required; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
• Smartphone for communication and routing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation.
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols.
• Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.
