Job summary

Solaris Diagnostics seeks a reliable Mobile Phlebotomist to join a fast-growing clinical lab. You will handle difficult blood draws in a nightly mobile setting and travel daily to nursing facilities with a patient-focused approach.

The role requires venipuncture expertise, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential, along with a smartphone for routing and updates.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum phlebotomy experience; mobile phlebotomy a plus.
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance, and valid driver's license.
• Smartphone for communication and routing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, punctual, patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel a daily route to nursing facilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
• Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
• Must maintain a good driving record
• Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
• Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
