Job summary

Solaris Diagnostics is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join a fast-growing mobile team. You will travel to nursing facilities, perform venipuncture, and collect specimens for lab transport in a fast-paced setting.

Open availability with early starts (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends, and on-call participation. Must have 2+ years phlebotomy experience and a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record. Solaris offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
• Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
• Must maintain a good driving record
• Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
