Responsibilities

• Drives personal vehicle to client facilities and collects samples at patient bedside.
• Unloads phlebotomy tray and delivers specimens to the lab.
• Identifies patient before sample collection.
• Collects, labels, processes, and delivers specimens.
• Reloads equipment and supplies for daily delivery.
• Communicates status and location to dispatcher.
• Adheres to Universal Precautions to prevent exposure.
