Job summary

ImpactLife in Peoria, IL is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, and phlebotomy, while delivering compassionate donor care.

This full-time role requires a 30-39 hour week with variable days, evenings, and weekends, and you must be comfortable driving large vehicles and training away from home when needed. Our benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must have REAL ID and a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record required.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during donation.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down collection operations.
• Restock supplies.
