Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will register donors, perform screenings and phlebotomy, and provide care during donations in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

You will drive large vehicles, transport supplies and teammates, and help with setup/teardown of collection operations. A flexible schedule with days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be comfortable driving larger vehicles (i.e. box-trucks, truck and trailer combos).
• Be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Register donors, perform screenings and health checks, and conduct phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members; set up and tear down collection operations; restock supplies.
