Getlabs is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist in California to join our high-growth team. You will visit patients at home or in-office, perform blood draws, and ensure proper sample handling and timely delivery to labs.

Early-morning shifts may be required, and you will work in a patient-centric company that values exceptional service. Applicants should have a phlebotomy certification, 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to drive in early hours (as early as 5am).
• Ability to physically access patients including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting and reaching.
• Ability to navigate patients' homes including stairs and carrying 15 pounds.
• Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.
