Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required.
• Mobile phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Certification from a national agency (AMT/ASCP/NCCT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in home or office for specimen collection.
• Drive to and from appointments and drop samples at labs.
• Follow safe blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication with operations and patient experience teams.
• Adapt quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
